VNP Global Private Limited started with a factory, not a plan to found a company.

Piyush Chavan runs Piyush Farms in Karad, Maharashtra. That's the plant where our frozen vegetables and fruit pulp are processed today. Before VNP Global existed, that factory was already supplying other exporters, and buyers kept coming back. Repeat orders, not one-off deals. That was the clearest signal we had that the product held up.

We (Virendra Patil, Piyush Chavan, and Nilesh Kalbhor) saw what that repeat business meant. The factory could support a dedicated export operation, not just supply one. So we set one up.

Each of us brought something the others didn't. Piyush runs production, quality control, and sourcing: the factory floor, the cold storage, the batch traceability that makes a shipment traceable back to intake. Nilesh manages the farmer relationships and harvest planning that keep raw material flowing, plus the freight and shipping side of getting product to port. Virendra handles strategy, buyer relationships, and the compliance and documentation every export order needs.

That's still how VNP Global Private Limited runs. Three people, three areas, one factory with an actual track record before we ever called ourselves an export company.

VNP Global Private Limited is a new export company. Our products are manufactured at the Kavita Facility Management (Agro Division) plant in Tasawade MIDC, Karad, MH, an operating processor also behind the Piyush Farms brand.
